Please utilize this ticket system to request and track Facility Maintenance requests / Audio Visual Requests / Micros and IT Requests / Graphic and Advertising Requests.
Once a Ticket is created, please contact the individuals in the department to give them a heads up a ticket has been created and to ensure they see it in the system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses.
